To add a new user, or manage an existed user, you can do it in Control Panel – User and Accounts. But, you can also do it from command prompt. Make sure that you’ve Administrator privilege (Run as Administrator). Here we go :

It’s been really long time no post here because i was so busy with my school. But today, i will share my experience with my computer last month (because i was really busy, i just wrote it now, lol). I don’t know how but when i boot my computer, i got a notification that tells that my Windows Defender is turned off. I even don’t know and don’t remember when last time i open Windows Defender. I stop the service via services.msc and re-boot my computer but it just the same. I turn off Windows Defender via gpedit.msc but it just the same.

Tips ini saya gunakan ketika membuat koleksi video game GTA : San Andreas. Hasilnya sangat memuaskan. Rekamannya memiliki kecepatan yang sama dengan kecepatan pada game aslinya. Namun, ukurannya terlalu besar, sekitar 40 detik merekam, sudah mencapai 280 mb. Jadi, bila ingin meng-upload ke YouTube, kita harus mengecilkan ukurannya terlebih dahulu. Ketika saya ingin mengubah format menjadi .mpg dan .flv, saya tidak bisa mengkonvertnya. Sebenarnya bisa dikonvert, hanya saja hasil akhirnya berupa layar abu-abu saja.
